Library Rules

1. Perfect silence and order must be maintained in the Library.

2. One book at a time will be issued on appointed days.

3. No pupil may keep the book with him/her for more than 7 days.

4. A book may be issued for further period of 7 days if there is no demand for it from other students.

5. Before the book is returned to the library, the necessary entry must be made in the school diary on the pages reversed for the same.

6. Book lost will have to be paid for.

7. All library books must returned by the end of the academic year.

 

          We have a very rich library full of thousands of books related to Literature, Language, Novels, Story, GK, Encyclopedia, Dictionary, fairy tales, rhymes, science, prose, poetry, quiz and a host of interesting books and a number of Reference Books. Students will visit the Library on a scheduled basis with their class once/twice a week.

          Each student is responsible for the books and textbooks checked out under his name. It is very important for each student to keep track of books, especially textbooks that he has checked out. If a book or textbook becomes lost or damaged, it is the responsibility of the student who originally checked it out to replace it. Report cards, will be withheld until all the books are returned or all the damage or replacement fees are paid. The Library’s mission is to foster independent, life-long learning through collaboration, providing information & learning resources, instruction and technology.
