Registration forms

Registration form can be obtained on a payment of Rs. 100 in cash or by sending Demand Draft in favour of SDIS. Also, you can fill the registration form on line.

Admission process

Admissions are granted from Nursery. On the basis of informal test and interview, admissions are given in pre-primary Section. Admission to the higher classes, it vacancy is there, may be given on the basis of written test in English, Mathematics and Science. Admission starts from 1st January onwards. The Admission form must be complete in all respects followed by original Birth Certificate for class 2nd and onwards a counter signed Transfer certificate (for other board, other state Student) in original and photo copy of the mark sheet of previous class to be enclosed with the duly filled admission form.
